The actress, who had a turbulent split with ex Richie Sambora in 2007, set off engagement rumors when she was seen around Los Angeles wearing a large sparkler on her ring finger.

The Melrose Place alums have been together for four years. Wagner stuck by Locklear's side after she was arrested twice (for driving under the influence and on suspicion of a hit and run) as well as during her stint at an Arizona medical facility for anxiety and depression treatment.
